On Fox News, Anya Parampil explained how the US coup in Honduras and bipartisan support for the corrupt, right-wing President Juan Orlando Hernandez is fueling the crisis at the border.
On the tenth anniversary of the Honduran coup, Anya Parampil interviewed Jose Manuel Zelaya, the democratically elected Honduran president ousted in a military coup.
Discussing the interview with Fox’s Tucker Carlson, Parampil commented: “All the US media was talking about the crisis on border without speaking about the fact that that crisis is directly tied to US foreign policy, specifically US regime change policy, which has resulted in the doubling of poverty in Honduras.”
