Why Elliott Abrams is Smurf villain Gargamel

By Anya Parampil

In this episode of her new show, Red Lines, Anya Parampil explains Smurf villain Gargamel is the perfect cartoon metaphor for Trump Administration Special Representative for Venezuela Elliott Abrams.
